RodgersPC can interpret diagnostic signals for your model and test hardware to determine the actual cause. Send us the pattern or short video and describe recent changes. You do not have to disassemble your computer or attempt checks that make you uncomfortable.
If RAM was recently changed, seating or compatibility is one possibility. Only if the exact service manual allows user-replaceable RAM and you are comfortable, shut down, unplug external power, disconnect the battery as the manual directs, and follow its static precautions. Reseat the RAM or test one compatible stick at a time in the specified slot. Never force it, work on soldered memory, or open a power supply. RodgersPC can do these checks for you.
Send a short recording of one complete beep or light sequence, or a photo of the displayed code and any labels. Include the exact computer model. You can attach it to your message below. Sharing is optional; you do not have to disassemble anything or repeat a risky test.
A symptom can have more than one cause. These guides help you choose a next step; confirming a hardware fault requires testing.
